Since the BAG access mode runs over a longer period than Standard access, the demand on reporting differs. Here are the time-frames to keep in mind if you have an accepted BAG proposal:
Half year report
Continued validity of accepted BAG proposals is subject to regular reporting by the BAG coordinator every six months.
Please use the BAG “half year” reporting template found below and submit it through email to the User Office.
Submission deadline: Same date as MAX IV call for proposals deadlines, i.e. approximately mid-March and mid-September. Please see the Call for proposal page for exact dates

Final report
Towards the end of a BAG access, a last and final report is required. Please use the BAG “final report” template found below and submit it through the Experimental Report function in DUO.
Submission deadline: Same date as MAX IV call for proposals deadlines, i.e. approximately mid-March. Please see the Call for proposal page for exact dates
